The Core Loop
Every match revolves around one mall and the customers inside it. You and up to 7 other players (or AI) each run a store, and every customer is one you can win or lose.
Stock your shelves, price to win customers, hire staff to scale, and use profits to expand. The 1.0 update added a living economy that shifts with what players do.

Employees, Policies and Sabotage
Employees automate the busywork: cashiers serve, stockers refill, security handles troublemakers. Hire them at the right time and your store runs itself while you plan the next move.
